Regulatory Landscape

Great technology is no longer all that’s needed to survive and thrive in this industry.

FLUID is thoroughly aware of the compliance challenge immediately facing exchanges and the fast evolving virtual asset regulatory frameworks facing all participants globally. By putting itself forward as a business partner, FLUID understands it has to meet the highest compliance standards and help member exchanges adapt to these new standards.

At a minimum, FLUID will ensure that all clients, member exchanges and liquidity nodes adhere to all rigorous KYT and AML standards demanded, as well as be “travel rule” compliant. This will allow all exchange partners to efficiently access these data when they need, in order to fulfil their own compliance duties.
